Our Team
Meet the team who keep the wheels rolling at The Highland Cycle Ability Centre. We have four staff members in total, one full-time, three part-time. All of the centre staff are First Aid qualified and PVG certified, so no matter who you are, you can trust that you are in safe and capable hands.
Jo Sawyer
Centre Manager
Jo is a previous Outdoor Pursuits Instructor, and an aficionado of many outdoor activities and adventures, from mountain biking and snowboarding, to open water swimming. She makes sure everything stays in order, the centre runs without a hitch, and the team morale is kept up due to a regular supply of laughs and baked goods.
Heidi Barnett
Track Co-ordinator
Heidi is new to the care sector, but definitely not to cycling. She has a great love for the outdoors, and the best part of her job is seeing how excited people get to use the cycles, and how happy they are when they come back from the track. She makes sure everyone gets on the right cycles, everyone stays safe out on the track, and the track stays open and operational all year round.
Billy Stott
Track Assistant/ Outreach
Billy has many talents, careers, and years of life experience under his belt, making him an invaluable member of the team. He's who you want around if you have a problem that needs solving. He makes sure everyone is safely on their cycles, the track is safe to use, and due to him being our designated outreach driver, he also makes sure our cycles and our staff make it safely to our destination.
Graham Maciver
Cycle Mechanic
Graham is a Cytech accredited Master Technician with extensive experience in using and maintaining cycles of all varieties. He's an integral part of our operations, and our centre would quite literally fall apart without him. He makes sure all of our cycles are subject to regular and rigorous care and maintenance.
